MY STORY
I am a contemporary artist based in Wiltshire on the edge of the Cotswolds. I take my inspiration from my surroundings and the environment around me. I paint the beauty in what I see. Working primarily in acrylics and being fascinated by a style of realism, my work is a constant balance of pulling light colours forward and then pushing them back with a dark translucent glaze before repeating the process again and again.

You will find my studio tucked away in the rural hamlet of Long Dean, on the edge of the picturesque village of Castle Combe in the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty . With such idyllic countryside on my doorstep, there is always a never ending source of inspiration for my paintings and the perfect location to offer workshops and a little bit of 'time out' for those wanting to explore and nurture their creativity.
