‘Straying from the path’ - An original painting inspired by a walk through the grounds of Welford Park, home of the Great British Bake Off. 
 
 My Mum adores snowdrops and each year we attempt and not always succeed, to visit this beautiful country estate on one of their open days, during snowdrop season.  
This year, the sky was blue and the sun was out and as we walked through the Beech woods we were surrounded by a carpet of Snowdrops.
